We are committed to using only locally grown organic soybean. The soybeans we use in making our tofu are grown by Marcus and Jessie Koenig of Klondike Farms at Dashwood, Ontario. "Kent" is the variety of soybeans they grow. It is the best quality soybean for our tofu making. We have, for many years, been buying this superb soybeans from Beechwood Agri-Services, a small grain processor in Southwestern Ontario, to which Klondyke sell their produce.
