Organic Miso PasteMiso is a 3000 year old Chinese condiment. Our miso paste is a premium quality product, only produced in small batches with an extended fermentation period of six months or more. Our miso is made in accordance of a family recipe that our owner inherited from her mother. The only modification made to the recipe was the substitution of wheat flour for rice flour making the miso gluten free.
